The science and what happens after Havening®

Practical Self Havening®

Feedback on Self Havening®

How Havening Techniques®  Might Help with Hoarding:

Reducing Emotional Distress:

  • Hoarding is often linked to strong emotional attachments to possessions and anxiety around letting go. Havening® can help reduce these negative emotions by creating a sense of calm and safety.

Breaking Negative Associations:

  • The techniques aim to disrupt the link between specific items or situations and negative emotional responses. This can make it easier for individuals to approach the process of decluttering without feeling overwhelmed.

Building Self-Compassion and Self-Care:

  • Havening®  enables self-compassion and self-soothing, which can be important for individuals struggling with hoarding, who often experience feelings of shame and guilt

Mark Wingfield presents a Live Demo, neuroscience & Self-Havening® at an Introduction to Havening® for those wanting help with what has been advised is hoarding behaviour

Havening® is an astoundingly effective fast modality that works to free individuals of emotional distress and help them move forwards.

Havening® is based on neuroscience, originally researched and developed by Dr Ron Ruden, a Harvard trained neuroscientist who has recently retired after 40 years a General Practitioner.

Mark gives a live demonstration with an insight into the neuroscience and proven efficacy from four British university studies of Havening® – and enables the assembled zoom audience to learn how to reduce their anxieties for themselves immediately.

You just have to try it to be amazed!

At such events there is an opportunity to ask any questions of Mark, one of the most experienced Practitioners in the world and a Certified Trainer.
